Bethany Dalton
Bethany Erin Dalton, 47, passed on to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 20, 2025, in Houston, TX. She was born on July 19, 1977, in Pasadena, TX to Charles and Diana Eckman. Bethany was a loving mother and dedicated professional that cherished moments with her children and friends. Bethany was a devoted member of Mom's Rising, a volunteer group that aimed to promote family economic security, combat discrimination against women and mothers, and create a thriving environment for businesses and families. Passionate about nature, she found joy in activities like floating in the pool, camping, and traveling. Despite facing hardships, she always wore a smile and radiated love. Bethany's ability to connect with others, her infectious laughter, and vibrant energy endeared her to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her warmth and kindness.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory: beloved partner, Rolando Garcia; 4 beautiful children, Brandon Dalton (31), Riley Lutz (15), Mason Dalton (13) and Logan Garcia (7); her life-long best friend, Rebecca Barbour; her roommate and best friend, Laura Emerson; dear friends, Angelique Albert, Clarrissa Norton, Clarissa Carter and many other close friends. She is also survived by: 1st cousins: Tonya Kinsey (Lawrence), Jasmine Grayned, Justin Heck (Haniyyah), Carol Jean Willis, Cynthia Cole, and Larry Magness (Mary). 2nd cousins: Lawrence Kinsey III. Josiah Heck, London Kinsey, Malachi Heck, Priscilla Stillwell, Laura Williams and Cody Peterson. 3rd cousins: Camryn Howard, Zain Gunter, Jayle Mitchell, Karter Mitchell and Emma and Grantley Williams. Special cousins: Shelly and Nikki Grayned. Bethany was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Diana Eckman, her grandparents, Beatrice and Carl Hutchinson, her aunt and uncle, Nila and Larry Grayned and her cousins, Caryn, Rebecca and Gary.

A celebration of life service will be held on April 19, 2025 at 5pm at her neighborhood clubhouse. Anyone attending the celebration of Bethany's life is asked to wear bright colors and bring memories to share.
