Margo Ann Wolfer (Albertz), born September 30, 1968, passed February 14, 2025, at 56 years of age.
Margo finished her fight with cancer on Valentine's Day surrounded by family, loved ones, and her pets. Margo loved life, traveling, sports, trivia, swimming in her pool, hiking, reading, baking, exercising on her Peloton, camping, socializing with friends, being with her family, and spending time with her two grandchildren.
Margo enjoyed her career with AT&T in the marketing department. Prior to AT&T, she worked for Wingstop, Toyota, and JCPenney.
Margo made instant friends wherever she went. People were attracted instantly to her amazing smile, beauty, and intellect. She met her second husband, Mike Brown, in 2018 and the two enjoyed dancing, attending concerts and plays, and game nights with friends and family. Her favorite activity was watching and playing sports. Her Tucson high school softball team won State in Arizona when she played the catcher and first base positions.
Special recognition to her team at MD Anderson in Houston for all they provided during her care and treatment. Margo fought hard until the end.
Margo is survived by her husband Mike, of Coppell, and two sons Joseph Wolfer of Fort Worth and Zachary Wolfer of Milwaukee and her daughter-in-law, Alaina Wolfer. Margo loves her two Grandchildren, John and Anne. Margo's parents and siblings live in Arizona- Her mother and father, Margo and Richard (Dick) Kariolich of Tucson, AZ and brother, William Albertz of Cottonwood, AZ. Margo has six stepsiblings: Michael Kariolich and wife Teri, David Kariolich and wife Audra, Rich Kariolich and wife Elizabeth, Mary Kariolich, Nessie Prestin, and Julie Boone. Her half-brother, Christopher Albertz, lives in California.
